J. Don Albritton - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Sole Director

Mr. Albritton began his career in Government Facility Support Services as a contract accountant in 1978. From 1978 until 1990, he held ever-increasing positions of financial and operationally responsibility for contract operations, concluding with the position of Director of Business Development.

In 1990 Mr. Albritton launched out on his own and started GCR. The first year was so successful that Mr. Albritton formed GCR, Inc. in 1991. His duties and responsibilities as President and CEO have been overseeing the strategic growth and operational direction of GCR. His education in finance & accounting coupled with his direct knowledge of all aspects of government contracting has been instrumental in the growth and financial stability of GCR. Mr. Albritton is the majority shareholder of GCR. Having served in the Military, Mr. Albritton is a Service-Disabled Veteran.

Mr. Albritton has ultimate responsibility for and authority over both the long term decision-making and day-to-day management and administration of the business. All employees and officers of the company ultimately report to him.

John M. Aldridge Jr. - Executive Officer

Mr. Aldridge was formerly the President and majority shareholder of Eastern Facility Support Services from 1994 until the merger of GCR and Eastern. He is now the largest minority shareholder of GCR since it's merger. GCR and Eastern merged 1 November 2008.

Prior to the merger, Mr. Aldridge grew Eastern from $2 million to an average of $22 million in revenue. During his tenure he directed the infrastructure growth of Eastern to include Deltek Cospoint, IBM's Maximo, ProPricer and a company proprietary QMS software, iMS. Mr. Aldridge will assure our companies technology capabilities stay in the forefront of the industry.

Mr. Aldridge worked for Naval Facilities Engineering Command from 1977 until his departure in June 1994. He achieved a senior leadership position which included execution of facilities services and financial administration in multiple departments and Naval Bases.

As the Executive Officer, Mr. Aldridge is responsible for assisting in tasking and managing the business.

Frank J. Stabryla - Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Stabryla has been with and participated as a minority shareholder of GCR since 1991. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for GCR from 1991 until November 2008. During this time he oversaw the day-to-day efforts of all GCR government contracts as well as managing the efforts of contract administration and finance. His background in finance & accounting and experience in government contracting led the company's growth to average annual revenue of $10 million. His vast experience with compliance will assure that GCR stays true to the guiding principles, vision and mission.

Frank Stabryla as Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing Business Management; Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and all insurance and benefit related areas (ie. Workers Compensation, General Liability, 401K's, Health Insurance (both site and corporate).

Paul Walden, PE. - President

Mr. Walden has over twenty-five years of experience leading and managing facilities and engineering organizations. Prior to the merger of GCR and Eastern, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Eastern Facility Support Services.

He is a Retired Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officer, having held the rank of Captain. His last Navy assignment was the Commanding Officer of Public Works Center, Jacksonville and Engineering Field Activity, Southeast. Additionally, he was the Regional Engineer for Navy Region Southeast, responsible for day-to-day facilities engineering, maintenance, and financial oversight at fifteen Navy installations in eight states. Previous assignments include: Public Works Officer at Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia; Executive Officer, Engineering Field Activity Chesapeake in the Washington Navy Yard; Executive Assistant to the Principal Deputy Assistant Security of the Navy for Installations and Environment in the Pentagon; Public Works Officer, Naval Station Mayport, Florida. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and North Carolina.

Paul Walden as President is responsible for overseeing Business Operations; Operations, Safety, Quality, and Business Development, as well as, assisting in the management and day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for the development and execution of the multiyear business plan of the company. His responsibilities include implementing the wide variety of programs and processes to ensure our company's integrity is upheld in its' delivery of a high quality service, while maintaining a maximum safe work environment, security, cost-effectiveness and responsiveness.

Michael P. Albritton - Vice President

As Vice President, Mr. Albritton will support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring Standards & Compliance of the company.

Mr. Albritton joined GCR as Director of Business Development in 2006. Prior to joining GCR, Mr. Albritton started his career as a Sr. Purchasing Analyst in the foodservice industry with Compass Group/Foodbuy. He also spent 2 years as a Sr. Financial Analyst with Bank of America. Mr. Albritton is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Kevin Ryan - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Ryan is a Vietnam-era Army Veteran with 30 years' experience in government and federal contracting. A former Senior Instructor at the Army Intelligence School, Mr. Ryan studied Business Administration at the University of Maryland, Armed Forces University College. His background includes positions as an analyst and business development operations manager supporting the US Government, GTE/Sylvania, Raytheon/E-Systems, Modular Computer Systems, and Johnson Controls World Services. Most recently, Mr. Ryan operated DvistaCorp, a successful consulting services group supporting federal contracting initiatives. Mr. Ryan's duties at GCR include guiding the company in the development of new markets, while fully leveraging existing opportunities within the current base. Under Mr. Ryan, the company's Business Development efforts will continue a renewed emphasis on teaming.

John (Jack) T. Severson - Director of Operations

Mr. Severson has over 25 years of experience as a leader and manager in the Logistics field. Prior to the merger of GCR and Eastern, he had been recently assigned as the Operations Manager for GCR.

He is a retired Vietnam-Era and Southwest Asia Marine Corps veteran. He began his Military career as a Jet Engine Mechanic and was promoted into the officer ranks where he served as an Aviation Maintenance Officer for over 20 years. His last Marine Corps assignment was as the Maintenance Officer Short Course OIC for the U.S. Naval Aviation Schools Command. As such, he was also a Master Training Specialist teaching future USN and USMC Maintenance Officers and Maintenance Chiefs in the field of Logistics.

His Marine Corps experience included the day-to-day responsibilities for the Maintenance and Material operations in flying and Logistics squadrons. He has been assigned as the Maintenance Material Control and Production Control Officer, as well as Division Officer duties for several Commands over his Marine Corps career. He was also assigned as the C.O.R. on 3 major contracts overseas and was instrumental in the development and “solicitation to award” process for 2 of them.

After retiring in 2002, he was employed by GCR to join with the BOS contractor on a multi-million dollar A-76 contract as the Transportation Annex Manager. His responsibilities included Operations and Maintenance with sites in Florida and Mississippi, supporting a combined 4 Naval Bases. Collateral duty assignments included the Weight Handling Equipment and Vertical Lift Equipment Programs. He continued in this Annex Manager position with 2 separate BOS contractors until being employed by GCR in October 2008 as their Operations Manager.

Mr. Severson will be responsible to the GCR President for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s contracts and providing assistance to the Project Managers.

Mark Gapetz – Safety & Quality Control Manager

Mr. Gapetz has over 22 years of experience directing and managing both OSHA (private sector) and Department of Defense (DOD) compliant Occupational Safety & Health programs.  Hes a retired Southwest Asia Air Force veteran, beginning his Military career as an Electronic Warfare Systems Technician.  At the mid-point of his military career, he transitioned into the Air Force Occupational Safety field where he served in several capacities and countries during a ten year period. 

Upon retirement from the Air Force, he immediately began working for a large BOS contractor as a project Safety & Quality Control Technician.  Resulting from significant company growth and his unique abilities, Mr. Gapetz was quickly promoted as the first dedicated Corporate Safety Director.  In this capacity, he was ultimately responsible for all matters relating to Occupational Safety & Health, Insurance Claims Management and Drug-Free Workplace Programs in over 30 States and US Territories.

Mr. Gapetz is a nationally recognized Occupational Safety & Health expert with past membership on the Department of Labor Job Corps National Occupational Safety & Health Committee, National Safety Council - Expert Panel Member for Construction & Printing/Publishing industry workgroups and presenter at numerous National Job Corps Safety & Health conferences.  Recognized as an industry-expert, hes frequently requested to present at National Insurance Group Board Meetings and Safety Workshops.  Hes a dual Authorized OSHA 501 General Industry & OSHA 500 Construction Industry Instructor and a Certified National Safety Council First-Aid, CPR & AED Instructor.  A passionate and gifted trainer, hes developed wide-ranging curriculum/taught specialized safety courses, including; Supervisor and New Employee Safety Orientation, Workers Compensation Insurance Training, Industrial Maintenance Mishap Prevention, Defensive Driving, Incident  Investigation, Workplace Ergonomics and Industrial Lifting.

Mr. Gapetz is responsible to the GCR President for overseeing the daily operations of the companys Occupational Safety & Health, Quality Control and Insurance Claims Management Programs.
