Directly responsible for supporting the Project Manager on all aspects of medium-to-large scale federal base operation service (BOS) contracts; will perform as Project Manager in their absence.
Duties include: management of all project resources, adherence to contract requirements for service levels and price, project budget, contract modifications, and customer relationship management. Must ensure project operates in strict accordance with federal, state and local laws, as well as corporate policies and directives. Provides direct/daily oversight and guidance of management staff, shop supervisors and major subcontractors. Background/experience must include at least five years senior management experience on projects of a similar size and scope. A combination of military and civilian BOS project management experience is highly desirable. Educational Requirement: Bachelor Degree or higher. Civil Engineer/Industrial Engineering disciplines preferred.
