GCR has provided excellent Facilities Maintenance Support to the Naval Support Activity Panama City Fl since 1997.
Description of Work: GCR provides facility maintenance support services for NSA buildings, systems, structures, and military housing.
The scope of services involves operations, maintenance, repair, and minor alteration work for buildings, structures, and systems. In addition, the GCR team provides military housing maintenance services, which includes preventive maintenance, service calls, change of occupancy maintenance, self-help store, and appliance replacement. GCR provides crane maintenance services, basewide interior and exterior relamping services, elevator and automotive lift maintenance, interior and exterior painting, and locksmith services.
The company maintains and repairs HVAC and refrigeration equipment, water treatment systems, galley and food service equipment, air compressors, exhaust fans, electrical load centers and components, backflow preventers, gutters and down-spouts, roll-up doors, the bowling alley's automatic pin spotters, and military housing appliances. The structural components serviced include floors; walls, ceilings and coverings; exterior masonry, flashing and trim; roofs; and security fencing.
Specific tasks are generated through the detailed preventive maintenance program, recurring work assignments, and the call center. GCR's scheduler tracks outstanding requirements using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Purchasing and invoicing services are provided in support of materials, equipment, and supplies needed to perform the contract.
