GCR has provided outstanding Facilities Maintenance Services at NAS Jacksonville & NS Mayport Fl. Since 2000.
Description of Work: GCR is responsible for services and maintenance for all Family Housing units and all Bachelor Quarters at NAS Jacksonville and NS Mayport. We maintain 2,200 Bachelor Quarters and previously maintained 1,647 Military Family Housing units. GCR performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and water and wastewater systems. PM program includes HVAC Split Systems from 5 to 50 ton units, street lighting, playgrounds, exterior lighting, and carpet replacement, trash collection. GCR prepares numerous estimates for various renovation and construction projects and coordinates and directs subcontractors in performance of these projects.
